      Staff is always friendly, courteous and professional.

      This branch's hiring criteria has reached new lows. A young woman waited on me recently and she was clueless. She had to ask me what a certain symbol was. I said that's a dollar sign. And wow painfully slow service. The manager had to come out and wait on the long line of people forming behind me because of this very slow teller.
