      I am current have mortgagee with Huntington Bank for 7 years with 7/1 year ARM. I am looking to refinance to 30 Years conventional loan with them. After couple meeting and phone conversation, I am very disappoint about how they handle and treating me with slow response and no pacific answer from them, including waiting time. I have to looking to Chase for help. At Chase with their staff to working and answer all my question and helping me get better understand and explain my entire question. At the end, I am get the job done with Chase financial staff and afford to help me to refinance my own house.
