      Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Multiple calls during business hours, no one picks up.

      I receive a bank transfer at the end of every month from my ex-husband for alimony. This is an automatic payment. I do not understand why this bank has such problems with this. It is the 2nd and it doesn't even show as pending. Called them and am currently waiting on a call back. It has been 2 hours already. I need to pay my rent 😩 Terrible terrible bank.
