  Dealing with them was awful. I sold a car to a local buyer. Their banker at HB (initials CB) wanted to protect them--a good thing--but she refused to accept NUMEROUS assurances that the deal was legitimate and wire the payment to my bank. Rather than do as her own clients requested, she spooked them out of the deal. She didn't seem to understand a "trust account" and she was skeptical about UBS--the largest investment bank in the WORLD where our money is held. If she had put in ANY serious effort on behalf of her own clients, she would have discovered that the deal was legitimate. Instead of listening, she hung up on me. Net: she is either lazy and/or ignorant. Worst experience with a banker in my 75 years. Eventually, and over her objections, the car buyers consummated the deal. They are now delighted with their new car, no thanks to an incompetent HB employee.

  Atm outside is fast and easy to use. Staff inside is always kind and helpful. Great rewards for new accounts and good interest rates.
