  I've called multiple times over the last couple months trying to get more information on a loan. Everytime, I've been passed around multiple employees until finally being told that they will have someone call me back. But they never do. I'm so frustrated I'm going to close my accounts and sell my stock shares. I'm over it.

  There are no Huntington locations where I now live. I drove 200 miles to the Cheat WV Huntington Bank to do a time-sensitive wire transfer for a real estate transaction. I was treated with suspicion and given incorrect information regarding wire transfers on Saturdays. I had already verified their ability to do this transaction on the phone with customer service. I almost drove another 300 miles to hand deliver the money but instead called customer service again and they verified that the Cheat location employees were wrong. I believe they thought I was up to no good. Diversity training might be good for them. I got my wire transfer 4 minutes away at another Huntington location. Closing all my accounts as soon as my I know all my expected deposits are credited.
