      Awful customer service from the branch and the customer service line. Was having an ACH direct deposit issue. Called the customer service line, was told I would be put on hold while they checked. Was left on hold for 30 minutes (calls are timed, not an exaggeration) and they never came back. Called the branch. Was told that depending when the deposit happened, it could be that day or next day, and to check back the next day if it isn't there. It wasn't there, Called the branch, associate said they would call the ACH department and call me back. Waited an hour, they never called back. Called the branch again, and they never called at all. Shouldn't have to wait and fight and struggle to find out why your money isn't getting sent to your account. Closing the account and opening somewhere else.
