      There not the best bank not the worst! Some branches are better than others! I like some of the people at this branch and not so much with others! I will say they have a variety of different accounts which is a good thing which is why I'm giving them 4 stars.

      Very Bad experienced, they don’t have any knowledge about Permanent Residency in United States for a foreign legal resident. The federal government issued green card expired and due to covid the federal government sent a legal binding documents extending the permanent resident card. And refuse opening a new account stating the US Resident card was no NOT ACCEPTABLE! Therefore we will be closing all accounts currently because they don’t understand government policy!

      Very poor in customer service, feels like they're doing me a favor every time I goes there. I have business and personal account with them. ( thinking of switching to another bank) Any suggestion's?
