  Came here passing through town on the way to a funeral..I was already running late and this place didnt help the bank teller sat there and talked to a customer about personal stuff while the pregnant lady did 4 transactions when I told them how rude it was they both ganged up on me telling me its a small community and they would have did the same thing. I will write reviews and call corporate about the situation never experienced something like this at a bank in my 18 years of banking! Total disrespect and horriable customer service👎 What happened to the customer is always right not im gonna argue with the customer when they are right?

  Incompetent associates and managers!!! No call backs after leaving a voice mail. Phone at ALL branches in the Findlay area always seem to be busy. No one answers the phone. I had to call customer service to correct all the things the idiots at these banks screwed up!!! Where do that get these morons???
