  I was happy with this bank for the last 3-4 years. Recently I had to have my bank account locked and my card destroyed because someone tried to commit fraud and spent $143 on my card ( which was put back the same day) The did issue me a temporary card until my new comes in. The temporary card doesn’t work everywhere I go so sometimes I have to go to the ATM machine which charges too much just to get money out. My new card was only supposed to take 3-5 days to be delivered and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received a call to say that it came in it yet. I’ve so close to closing my account down and going to a different bank. I’m so disappointed with this bank now

  Worst bank ever. They do not honor promotions for opening accounts. They will tell you that you are just out of luck if the atm does not dispense money until you go there and demand they count the money in the machine but you still get the run around for weeks on your own money. They admitted they were betting against me on a house loan and wanted to argue what house i could buy. I finally just paid cash for my house. Recently i went up to stop payment on an order that was never sent to me and the blonde with the accent told me i was out of 400 dollars but look at it this way that i made a donation to someone and have good karma from a good deed. After this insult i opened another account at another bank and they told me for that much money i have to order it and give them almost 2 weeks to get it. Then i demand a cashier check and like a scorned ex being petty they want a 6 dollar fee for printing it.
