Absolutely the worst bank I have ever been too! Customer service is horrible! They are in incapable to complete any tasks what so ever. I honestly can’t believe anyone would ever bank there. Just Horrible 100% Horrible.

It's kinda annoying when u try to deposit money in ur checking or savings and they tell u, it has to clear. How does it have to clear when the check is from huntington???? Makes no sence.

Over 40 calls no answers 8 visits, time off work to get no where . No idea why , now going to Rockford to see if they can open an account for me. Wonder why the ratings are so low. Must be a covid issue.
