  Spent a good chunk of time on my day off to go in and remove a deceased family member from the account. Signed everything....a month later they are still on the account. I've tried for over a month to get info on a direct deposit that goes into the account. I was told they'd put in a ticket, never heard back. I'm trying to sever all ties but can't without all the info to move things to a different bank. Sad when hiring an attorney crosses your mind because a financial institution is so difficult to deal with.

  First of all no hand sanitizer in that place no good service i tried to exchange coin the teller kept on telling me this missing a dime and that is extra after that I went to chase Bank they took the coin no question asked not even asked for my driver license, I thought iam doing them a favor for the shortage of coin very disappointed 😢 😞 😕
