      Their ATM stole $200 from me and they refuse to reimburse me or let the video go to prove it. Bank anywhere but here! Your mattress is a safer place to keep your money!

      I can confirm the other reviews are consistent with my experience. Burnsville branch was pretty bad when it was TCF; after the change to Huntington it's even worse. I can only assume poor/incompetent management because Eden Prairie is almost always great. They may be understaffed (everybody is), but the staff that's there also seems confused by relatively simple transactions (ex. Cash a check for $39.85 and send a dime and a nickel with it and it's like you asked them to build a rocket)

      It took me SIXTEEN minutes to cash one check after sending the "tube" from the drive through area. The "manager" said that they were understaffed today (Sat AM), and had a long line of Customers inside. I immediately went into the lobby, and found 2 Customers being helped, and 1 Customer in line waiting. 52+ year Customers.
