  We have been with many banks over the years business & personal and we have tried them all. Some good, some OK some absolutely horrible. While changing banks can be a pain we made the move of our business & personal accounts to Huntington Bank of Brooklyn. I can say the experience so far has been wonderful. The staff is so polite and helpful. The transition was effortless to say the least and the personal touch has been great! Pleasantly surprised at how a larger bank can give a small hometown service. Thank you Huntington Bank of Brooklyn for the great service!

  Horrible customer service, no one ever calls you back, they make a lot of promises to sell products with little follow through on service. Obviously by the 3 star rating I'm not alone with this dissatisfaction.

  Your not letting the bank make any money? We made an extra payment on our Auto loan. The cashier mentioned we were not letting the bank make money on our loan. We were a little insulted that she thought we shouldn't take advantage of saving ourselves a little money. This was the same attitude TCF Bank had too, now they are merging with Huntington. So, we decided to refinance our loan with a credit union with a 2 point lower interest rate (and this is no exaggeration).
