  I have worked with Steven for my clients for 10 years now. Has never let me down. Steven is a class act! The best character in the industry. No drama or confusion. Steven gets the job done! You can't get better than that. I trust him with my life. He refinanced my home. He took extra time to research. He asked me "how would you like to have your car, credit cards and your taxes paid off? Is your husband VA?" Steven was able to put money in our pockets and lowered our payment. He was heaven sent.   I'm relatively new to San Diego (from Canada) and Mr. Steven Hyde helped me with my first home purchase and mortgage loan. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step and was completely transparent about every aspect. Communication: 5/5 Mr. Hyde was available whenever I needed him. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, he responded promptly to all my inquiries. This was my first home purchase and Mr. Hyde talked me through the loan process, explained what all the fees were for, and kept me informed as things happened. Knowledge: 5/5 Mr. Hyde is an expert in the home loan process. Coming from Canada, I had to transfer funds across the border, which complicated the home loan process. Mr. Hyde worked with me to identify the necessary documents to get the loan approved and funded. Service: 5/5 For multiple reasons, rates were especially volatile during the time I was looking for a home. Mr. Hyde actively searched for the best rate for my mortgage loan. He initially secured me a good rate, but when rates dipped temporarily, he was able to lock me in at an even better rate. Overall: 5/5 In a hot housing market like San Diego, you really don't have time to mess around and make mistakes. Mr. Hyde helped me find the best rates, complete the loan application process, and close on time. He worked actively with my real estate agent on the home purchasing and financing, and now I own a home in San Diego. I highly recommend Steven Hyde!

  TV ads would try to convince you that refinancing a house is easy. I had tried to do a refinance while rates were low. There always seemed to be a delay, changing of terms, and all kinds of left turns in the process. That was my experience until I got in touch with Hyde Funding. My experience took place as interest rates were rising. But Hyde Funding delivered what they promised - and did it without any hassles. Their communications were fast and always gave me answers in plain old ordinary English language. I will surely use Hyde Funding for my financial needs.
