  When they sold cars they where awesome, but since they've moved to being a finance company customer service is lacking bad, on the phone the girl who answered was not very helpful, she was rude, and honestly very controlling in the conversation, and honestly very demanding. This is not how you treat a customer, especially one who already purchased one vehicle and paid it off early, I've never made a single late payment on my car note, and always pay my cars off early, I expect to be treated with respect when dealing with the companies who live off my dollar. The girl who answered the phone was treating me more like I was her employee and needed to do what she wanted me to at that moment. Sorry but it doesn't work like that. I'm the customer, you're the employee, and as a business owner myself I'd never treat one of my own customers this way. I hope she gets an attitude readjustment from this revue once the owner sees it. * OWNER CONATCED ME PRETTY QUICKLY updated back to 5 stars but leaving written review of my experience.

  hyland is shady, they sale you vehicles that are falling apart and broken they have been taken to court over the house hold bolts holding vehicle parts together, their office staff is rude inconsiderate and disrespectful. the owner is not professional at all only cares about the dollar in his pocket and they do not follow through with anything agreed apon with their clients. i would never recommend going through them for anything. if you value the amount of your dollar and wish to work with someone that will value their customers do not go through hyland! they raise their voice, they hang up on you, they will put you on hold in mid conversation if they do not feel the want to hear you out.
