  I've come to expect bare minimum service from dealerships, but having my car serviced at Centereach Hyundai revealed a higher standard of car care and customer service. The car was ready on time, so I could head back to work and came back better than expected while not increasing the price of service. A straightforward dealership. Look forward to a long lasting relationship here.

  2 month ago we started to shop for a new vehicle, because ours was going off lease, we bring in a great vehicle for return. We work out a deal , leave deposit and we wait for a vehicle, that never comes. So understanding how difficult it can be for the dealer to get vehicles we extend our lease to accommodate that and give them more time. 2 Months we never got any calls, we finally call back and the lady tells us they just got vehicles in, so we ask to speak to the salesman, he says they have a vehicle, ( was he ever going to call?) so, we set a date to come down and finish the deal, we had already left a deposit months ago. We had an appointment to come down at 12, we decided to call first and were told it was sold! the salesman said, sorry I had no control over it my manager sold it. This is how your manager operates???? So not only has our time been completely wasted, we would have drove their for nothing, without even a call. Obviously, this is the way management runs their business, not caring about their customers, than I have no right doing business with them. Not to mention after all this , we still asked about getting cars they told us they are not getting any in for awhile. I guess the shortage of cars give them the false sense that they can treat their customers poorly. Horrible experience!! Poor business ethics. Update, My wife called and left messages for Danielle, as she asked and we have yet gotten a return call. I've been left with no other option other than to search for a vehicle through another dealer.

  What can I say… Wow! I went to see Nick who has helped in the past with a car and he hasn’t skipped a beat. Got me the car I came in mind to buy, made the whole process a walk in the park. Also big thanks to Laura the Finance Director who went out her way to find me the best rate and bank. Very thankful and would recommend Center-reach Hyundai to any one who is looking for genuine people to help you get into a nice car.
