This branch is slow!! They barely have any workers. I called and gave them my information four hours before I arrived for a copy of my bank statements, common courtesy would have been to have them printed and ready before I arrived! Meanwhile, I get to the branch thirty minutes before they closed. They had me waiting for five sheets of paper. IBC bank need to hire more staff because this is unacceptable! I’m glad I don’t bank with them anymore!
