      I stopped inside the bank there to enquire about Bitcoin and foreign currency and the teller there was very helpful.

      I made a mistake and fixed it as soon as possible. I didn't check if a person had transferred money for a mechanic job i did. made a total of 16.00 of purchases got 3 overdrafts. explained the situation to the kuna id branch. and basically acussed of being habitual and a lair. now I banked with chase for 5 years without issues. so I'm not liying or habitual. I very upset and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

      Usually average. Just left on what is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any ICCU branch. Waited several minutes in the lobby. Only one customer inside the entire bank and 5 employees. Not one person could be bothered to greet me. Nobody ever offered assistance. Really disappointed. Customer service used to mean something to ICCU. I left and will go to Mtn. West to get the check cashed. That was all I needed. Bummer ICCU.
