      Seriously cannot stand this place. Nothing but issues since the day I started with them and every time I call, I get talked to like I'm not a person. Extremely rude customer service lady. Have my account set up on monthly payments and tried to pay this month's early to make xmas money work and both the early payment and this month's came out so when I called she replied with, and I QUOTE, "well why did you do that?" with extreme attitude. When I said my personal reasons are not important, she responded in an attitude yet again. "Not important? If you have it on auto pay and make a payment, 2 payments come out, do they not?" I was not aware that the early payment wouldn't take place of the monthly payment and so I asked if she could just cancel one and she said "no call your bank"

      Gotta pay fees in order to pay your loan online. I've never heard of this Gm finance and Wright Patterson doesn't charge you. Also, your first payment is not taken directly out of your account you have to come out of your way to go pay it or pay a $15 online fee, which is overly ridiculous. Don't pick this place they truly don't know what they are doing. DEFINITELY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!
