      I am a small investor with three rentals ( two single family homes, and one condo) in Folsom, CA. I switched to Imagine Property Management Services in July of 2021 after my formerly dependable management company sold out to a corporate concern that offered shoddy service. Peggy contacted me immediately after I reached out to her and helped me transfer over information, documents, etc. from the other company. It was painless, and fast. She and Nicole have answered all emails and phone calls I've made within 24 hours, or much sooner, making communication effortless. Tax documents, repair lists, rent reports, etc. are easily available on-line and are updated continuously. Most importantly, Peggy and Nicole are highly responsive to my tenants. Any needed repairs have been made in a timely fashion, at a fair price, and scheduled inspections were completed when promised. Working with this professional team is hands down the best experience I have had as a landlord. They charge a fair price for excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for experienced, responsive property managers who will help you take care of your property and your tenants in the best way possible!

      We went to view a home, arrived and waited and waited until finally calling the office. We drove from West Roseville to Gold River (at the price of gas now) and when we called their office they said "Oh, we didn't text you? The property has already been rented out". Are you KIDDING ME...? So unprofessional.

      Unbelievably unprofessional. They can’t be bothered to pick up the phone, or at the very least, call you back. When I finally got ahold of someone to inquire about a rental property, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and snappishly answered my question before hanging up on me when I was mid-sentence. If they can’t even be courteous to a potential renter, I can’t imagine they are pleasant to work with when you’re an actual tenant.
