      We applied for a loan and everything was going smoothly until It became a waiting game for weeks without replies then they ask for documents that we had already sensed then the asked for them over and over again like they didn’t have a file to save them, Then we were send to a closing agent and it became annoying because a guy Marcel had a hostile tone, he always tell you that all documents were in but then after 2 more weeks of waiting he starts to ask for more documents saying we didn’t send it so I got so fed up that I just decided stop the process because the lack of respect. Very unprofessional just a waste of time.

      I’m not disappointed that they didn’t give me a real estate commercial loan. I’m disappointed by how many times they forget to reply to my email and how many excuses they had to come up with while making me wait for an answer that shouldn’t take more than a day. After a couple of weeks of waiting, they say we can’t because .... your typical stories that I’ve heard a million times before . DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Be respectful and understanding that when someone approaches you for a loan, they’re making themselves vulnerable to many things. The least you can do is take their request seriously and not make them wait forever for an answer!!!
