      Great people that work there. The fees are very reasonable compared to regular banks. There rates on savings and on loans are competitive. I have been a member for 30 years or more.

      Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Charged fees without an explanation, even though I was told there was no maximum amount of transactions or a minimum that had to be in my account. Somehow messed up my car loan and made it delinquent then charged me $70 a month in "late fees".

      Ok so I have recently been a victim of fraud at impact credit union on 12. And was wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this?? I have been calling the bank constantly and still have gotten nowhere. It took them 3 weeks to file fraud papers and noone wants to call me back. I have left many messages I just want my money back??
