      This is a pretty terrible bank. My first home mortgage agent stopped working there, instead of going off my original paperwork they had me resubmit all new updated information. Makes me think they just lost the paperwork. Then I never received my debit card for a good 4 months when I became a member. I told them I wanted an extra $20 bucks added onto my principle for my house and they went six months and noticed they were adding the extra $20 into the savings and not the principle for my house. When I went to get the money my pin number was changed without my knowledge, which I was going to use to buy an AC unit for my house. I only use them for my home mortgage, this bank is more about what can I do to inconvenience you than what it is let me help you out. Can't even increase the amount they charge for mortgage escrow. Surprised that Toledo Edison can charge my account for as much as they want and a bank can't even do that. Once I sell my house I won't even look twice at this bank.
