  I had spent 15 months trying to get a refi for my house, 7 months with one company and 8 months with another. The process was going nowhere despide my best efforts. No results, just frustration. Then I decided to try Imperial Mortgage. Colleen Query got right to work. She organized all my documents to take most of the complexity out thus streamlinig things for the underwriting department. She was able to close my loan within two months! Amazing! I'm very grateful for Imperial Mortgage and for Colleen's expertise. Many thanks!

  As a result of excellent service and assistance with both obtaining a 1st mortgage, as well as refinancing multiple properties many times of the years, I felt compelled to write a review for Mortgage Imperial LLC. In short, Kathleen Query of Mortgage Imperial LLC, is one of the most honest hard working individuals that I have encounter over the years that provides an excellent service with a personal touch that is unmatched anywhere. As an owner of a primary residence and multiple investment properties, obtaining mortgages is quite a complicated and arduous process. Fortunately, Kathleen has the vast experience to handle the rather complex process and hurdles needed in order to successfully obtain the many mortgages (at least 5 mortgages) that I have obtained over the years. Not only did Kathleen have the experience and knowledge to figure out the best course of action to take in obtaining my mortgages, she demonstrated her expertise in the mortgage industry by finding solutions and changing strategies whenever we ran into road blocks that potentially would have resulted in the denial of obtaining a mortgage (as mentioned, my multiple mortgages are unique and very difficult to obtain). I would guess that most people would have given up and politely advised me that I would not be able to obtain a mortgage for such and such reasons. However, Kathleen never gave up on pursuing other avenues with other banks and lenders in order to get me the mortgages that I am speaking of. During the worst recession in the history of this country, Kathleen was able to figure out a way in order to refinance my multiple investment properties a number of times. As a result of Kathleen's dedication, knowledge, and irrefutable professionalism, she was able to reduce my monthly mortgages by over $3000 a month. Yes, you read that correctly…… over $3000 a month (and that is for 30 years). There is no doubt that Kathleen and Mortgage Imperial LLC is the best mortgage company in the state of Hawaii that you can find to assist you with your finance needs. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a mortgage or want to refinance a home.

  Called Imperial Mortgage to assist with obtaining a loan. The staff is incompetent and emotional that they cannot get past their own feelings to assist you. This is loans and mortgages not therapy. The original staff member could not complete the loan process and when we asked to work with someone else, they said we weren't a good match for them. Awesome..apparently they make enough money to treat their customers like trash. Probably all related. We'll take our business elsewhere.
