  If i could give 0 stars i would. What a horrible title company, we opened escrow 2+ months ago and i never once got a call or update, i was quite literally having to do their job for them the entire time, not to mention since they werent ever giving me any updates i would have to call them, however i guess thats not acceptable to some of the employees. Adrienne's the absolute worst escrow officer ive ever worked with, on top of never doing anything or giving any kind of updates and ignoring everyone, she would repeatedly tell us that she wishes we would leave her alone, she also told me that if I call again to see whats going on with MY property then she would cancel the deal for no reason, keep in mind the entire 2+ months my properties been there ive only called a total of 4 times. Its ridiculous that a escrow officer can threaten and tell a customer that they dont want to do their job and to not email or call them again. Marsha was also terrible as well, I would call she would ask who is this and then hang up on me immediately, but it was probably adrienne who told her to do that. DO NOT COME HERE FIND A DIFFERENT TITLE!!!!!!!!!

  The absolute worst! It felt like I was doing there job for them. I submitted an open escrow request in July and it took two months to close. If Natalie answers the phone you will be helped with amazing customer service (thank you so much for you're help!). If Marsha answers the phone you will be put on hold until the phone hangs up. Adrienne is the worst escrow officer, she continued to not reply to emails, not answer calls, and treated my team with complete disrespect. Find another title company.
