  I've been banking with Independent Bank since 2005 and it's been amazing. I needed to let you all know the tremendous effort of Samer Ibrahim and the job he has done. Samer has always given me advice of all the different products that Independent Bank has to offer and what will be the most beneficial to me. He is always looking out for the best interest rates of accounts he will point toward me. I asked Samer to go out to a Memphis Grizzlies game, and he was so considerate and dedicated enough to get me and my husband tickets to go watch the game with him and Ellis. We have been customers of the bank for years and him going above and beyond ⁰just proves how hardworking he is at his work ethic. Thank you for all you do!

  I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for the professional oversight and kindness of Ellis Moore and the folks at Independent Bank. I have worked with him since he arrived at Independent Bank over 14 years ago and have been so aware over the years of his attention to detail, his willingness to go the extra mile, and his excellence in and commitment to his profession. There are many reasons to use a local bank with personal service, but my experience today is extraordinary. Mr. Moore noticed that... due to miscommunication that had nothing to do with Independent Bank... I was about to bounce a very large check to the IRS! He intervened in the nick of time to make things right because he has worked with me for all these years and knew there had to be some mistake. He called me to let me know what was about to happen and then vouched for me to make sure we could make this right today. Thank you Ellis and thank you Independent Bank!

  I'm very impressed with the I-Bank and it's people. Especially Samer Ibrahim. Samer has helped me with getting my account setup. He helped me when I had problems getting my online banking to work. Can't say enough good things about Samer.
