      Very good customer service, but the online banking app could use some work. A great place for those looking to open a bank account for the first time. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful, especially Portia! Keep up the good work, Orion.

      I am genuinely disappointed with this credit union . Because of a delay in processing my loan caused by the Camper world. My loan was a month behind. I didn't find this out until almost a year later. when Orion finally noticed this themselves. They hit me up for full payment right before Christmas which I could not do and then dinged my credit report. I was penalized even though the delay in processing my loan was beyond my control. I find this credit union difficult to deal with. They act more like a bank than a credit union. I am a member of three other credit unions that are much easier to work with. I have to deal with Orion but I do not recommend them! I find this credit union arrogant and capricious in the way they treat their customers!

      All I can say is don't ever misplace your debit card. You will wait on hold forever trying to get a new one.
