      Always rearranging transactions to maximize their profit. Pretty sure they just went through a lawsuit over this but it still happens. The last time, before I finally closed my account, was putting my mortgage payment and 4 other transactions from that day before my check deposit that happened the same morning netting them 5 over draft fees and returning my mortgage payment for another fee even though the check deposit covered all of it and should never have put me negative. Tellers and all the people I talked to told me it’s my fault or they’d “look into it” and never do. Lol
