  IF was temporarily closed on Thursday 2/3 due to ice storm. We were open late on Friday and closed early at 3 pm. HOWEVER we are open for business!!

  I used my cellphone locator trying to find Heritage Bank in Georgetown, TX after driving from Killeen, TX. I was lead to the wrong bank after having full confidence in the phone locator. It was my understanding that my Credit Union located in MO. had a branch office there. I did not realize that I was in the wrong bank. The address was the same as the bank that I was looking for, Heritage Bank. I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and business looking gentleman. He noticed that I was confused, stressed and needed guidiance. I explained my dilemma and right away he tried to assist; after conversating, I was at the wrong bank. It was hot outside and I had money bags in my hand. He offered me to have a seat so I could find the right location for Heritage. l began to look at my notes and found the correct information, afterwards; I walked over to his office, located on the right side of the bank as you walk inside the font doors. I breaved a sigh of relief and thanked him for his professionalism. He further gave me directions to where Heritage was located. I had fifteen minutes to get there before it closed. I did not get his name, but I want him to know that I appreciate the offer of sitting down because I felt faint. I was in distress after driving around for thirty minutes without a clue of where I needed to make my deposits. THANK YOU!

  Worked with these guys on a property loan ... it went very smoothly and the terms were great. The people are very friendly; we'll be doing more business here.
