Fired employee three months shy of completion of chemo for cancer. Three months! Told her they didnt want to wait three months. Please remove you advertising your core values Integrity Bank. You say you support your Community? Well loyalty starts first with your employees. Dont believe two days from celebratingthis the season celebrating Jesus Christs birth that Jesus would condone this horrible mistake you made. Jesus was very clear of the Golden Rule. Apply it and make this right. Anyone one of us, our family, your family could be in her shoes. Do the right thing and reinstate her immediately. I will protect her name but she has been employed at the Westlake branch in Austin, Tx. Not difficult for management to determine. We have over 200 folks that are committed to putting a face to your mistake. We hope you will reconsider and until that time we all will pick up spreading this mistake on scocial media. We will also take back our comments and give praise to Integrity Bank if you do the right thing and reinstate her employment and her insurance so she can complete her chemo and return to work in three months.
