      I’ve been a member for over 20 yrs. With so much hacking and identity theft going on today, I’m so glad IPOCU is so small and don’t have as many options other banks have. As an adult, it’s important to keep track of your spending habits, no need to have to call over the weekend for a balance. This is a small bank, people shouldn’t expect much. Anyhoo, I love IPOCU.

      All was good, until I started moving away from them, an automatic payment I overlooked hit amd they charged 25$ for the return of a 9$ payment they denied. They refused to let me close the account amd another automatic payment hit and they charged again. 25$ for the automatic refusal of am electronic payment is outrageous.
