  Bad Place to due Business with... AKA "CarZip" sold me a car that was financed signed and approved by Gateway Financial Services on 03/02/2022 and recieved a 500.00 Downpayment (Not Deposit) and 282.00 for Full Coverage Auto Insurance that was purchased through the dealership as well. Nine days later (03/11/2022) Mark. Martinez lures me back to the dealership (CarZip) with a lie saying he had a Free 150.00 gas card for me then Mark tells me I can't keep the car because the finance company declined my loan after being Informed that I quit my job (which was a lie) How can you take back a car that was already financed, documents signed, sealed and Downpayment made and don't allow me to make a first payment, retrieve my personal items from the vehicle trunk or my Legal signed vehicle documents and Vehicle Insurance policy which both were left In the vehicle glove compartment. Tyler the Owner tells me after they take the car back that my 500.00 Downpayment Is Non Refundable (WTH) But yet you take the car and a week later resale It to someone else and keep my 500.00 Downpayment!!! (REALLY) I WANT JUSTICE... NO JUSTICE!!! NO PEACE!!! If this ain't Illegal I don't know what Is.... The comment the owner made was not true, If that's the case why are they planning to sue me for defamation?

  I typically would not respond to this review but in my own self-defense I need to make all those aware who read this aware it was never my intention to take you out of the car, you applied stating you are full time and employed. You were approved based on information you provided. It was verified you were not employed at the time that you purchased from us. Therefore the bank would not finalize your loan. You provided false employment information. We allowed you time to clarify what we thought was miscommunication as you stated between your job, you and the bank. We even allowed you to ride around in our car for 2 1/2 weeks waiting for you to clear up the miscommunication when in fact you knew all along it could not be verified. I we worked overtime with you and you manipulated us. I know you’re very angry and are suffering from victim syndrome here but on a positive note, when you are gainfully employed it would be my pleasure to have earned your business. For all those who read this post let me inform you that her complaint with the Secretary of State was in our favor.
