  I hate as a real estate agent to comment or put down any service provided by a legit companies. However sometimes, it’s crucial to provide an honest review to wake up others rather than been told any information that is away from truth. Not for any real estate client, but this service I asked for was a personal matter trying to invest for myself and my family. I called the loan officer- Meredith- and it seemed to me that she will be on top of any information she provides based on her confidence in the conversation, but unfortunately it was just a basic information that mislead me and had me to submit an application and have my credit report touched without pointing on some truthful information. - maybe she needs a business fast as a new employee which I wish her a luck - Later, I get surprised that the other loan officer calls me to tell me that your score is great and good to go with 20% down, but we as a company we don’t make money off of your application because other investors see you at risk by not having a previous history of investment, although my building project is successful, but for him - Thomas- I was not a great piece of meat. The question to Meredith, if you know that, then why you had me to submit the application and pull an inquiry if you know the answer? I think she should have known better prior to that in which business is all about honesty and loyalty, not just the matter of the application process. Even Thomas didn’t send me an email for the recommended builders he knows after I asked him to,which again, I’m not a great meat pie for him. I needed those builders to give an estimate and proposal of how much I need to finance this project. Anyway , I just needed to expose my opinion and utilize my freedom of speech act furnished by our great constitution. Good luck guys and hope to see your company on top of all issues and have a successful business. Thank you. Yani.

  Yani, thank-you for taking the time to send a review. I am sorry you did not like the prequalification process, however, it is necessary to review the three most important components, credit, income and assets. I am not sure I understand the meat comment. But we work very hard to provide every known product to the consumer. It was the specialization of your needs that prompted my involvement. I think it is important to include the fact that we do not have nor ever have had a disclosed mortgage with you nor are you or ever have been a buyers or listing agent in a transaction with our company. It seems my time sharing with you as a new realtor the nuances of lending somehow turned into something that disappointed you. I thought we did a great job with you and we tried to find something that worked for you. Unfortunately we missed the mark based on your review. We will endeavor to improve our process further. I wish you the best in your career as an agent and in your mortgage needs.

  Infiniti mortgage has been extremely knowledgeable, and the process was smooth. Compared to any other broker we dealt with, Thomas has been the best. We knew what were dealing, all steps were outlined, no suprises! He was always there to answer any questions and made sure everything went smooth. Definitely will be recommending Thomas and his staff to my friends and family!!
