      There aren't enough words to express how amazing my experience is with them. They cared about my story and helping me get back on my feet and get a car loan when it looked very grim. I've never felt more heard and respected from any bank or credit union. I highly recommend them to anyone.

      Infinity is an awesome credit union but they fail in the area of availability, they have no weekend hours anymore which hurts people who can’t deposit their Friday checks until Monday due to them only being open till 5pm on Friday with no weekend hours

      Hi Sarah - we understand that our limited hours are challenging. While our lobbies remain closed on Saturdays due to staffing, the Drive Thru at our Westbrook, Portland, Scarborough, and Arundel branches are open regular hours on Saturday. You can also use the Mobile Deposit feature in our online banking app, or visit a shared branching location that's convenient for you. We are looking forward to being back to regular hours as soon as we are able. Thank you so much for your membership!

      Sitting outside of the Arundel Infinity Federal credit Union, looking on Google wondering why the drive-thru is marked as open but no one is here and it is closed. Constantly disappointed by this Bank. Especially the Arundel branch, if you do bank here always go to Scarborough, and if you don't bank here get an account at Bangor Savings

While we had put signs up at our branch the week prior, and our ATM was open, we do understand there are some transactions that are best conducted in person.
