I was working with multiple lenders when I reached out to Aiman, getting quotes & initiating that whole process. Every other lender pressured me to move far quicker than I was comfortable with (i.e. sign a commitment letter as early as possible) & pressured me to get approved for far beyond what I was comfortable spending. Aiman, on the other hand, walked me through the process and made sure that I had all the answers I wanted before we committed to anything. He listened to my comfort levels on spending and locked me in at a great rate (the day after we locked in, rates went up a quarter percent, and they've been surging ever since). I was appreciative of Aiman helping me out as a first time buyer and making sure I knew what was going on the whole time. It didn't feel like Aiman was "making a sale" to me, it felt like he was helping a friend, and that was ultimately why I went with him.
