      Vince Bradford illustrates the proposition that a great loan officer at a trusted institution really can make all the difference. Vince carefully reviewed my financials. I followed his advice on steps to take to improve my position for refinance. He communicated immediately about how the process was going and what other documents were needed going forward. He worked with me to get the best interest rate. He found a way to overcome hurdles posed by the uniqueness of my property. Inlanta’s closing costs were fair and reasonable, and I’m relieved that I am moving forward with a company that will help me keep track of loan servicing in the future. Bottom line: I don’t know how I would have refinanced—and refinanced with peace of mind—without Vince’s help, and I am truly grateful.
