      I went this morning to cash a check at the Osceola location and they still have the sign to get into the lobby you have to make an appointment. I asked when they will be opening the lobby for any transaction that we as the customer don't have the time to make an appointment. As the teller was answering the question this other lady interrupted and with a rude attitude told me that an appointment is the only way to come into the lobby because they are under staff. I did not know that other banks are offering the use of Publix atms for free and guess what I just opened an account with Mccoy which offers that too and soon I wont have to deal with this bank and horrible customer service anymore.
