      This credit union is a joke. I had a bad experience with the ATM it said I had x amount of $ available, as soon as I started spending it I was hit with overdraft fees of $39.00 for each transaction, when brought up to them I was put on the back burner for 3 days, I had to contact them for answers even though they said they would call me back every single time. (Corporate office) Once I get my account in good standings again I will be leaving this credit union for good. Horrible experience, I wouldn’t have even given them 1 start if that were an option.

      DON'T RELY ON INSIGHT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC. We are behind 10 days on car payment and needed to defer a payment to the end of the loan. But, Insight insisting that payment be made before they will extend. Such a caring company, right? Time to call Capital One.
