  I would have loved to give you guys 5 stars. A well-maintained exterior, very clean inside, and everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. Yet, I was denied an account because I work in the cannabis industry. I don't take this personally, as the person who I spoke with explained it simply and was regretful about the situation. This one star is not a reflection of this individual bank, but your institution as a whole and its policies.

  A friend banks here and owed me some money for some work I did. We both went there about closing time so he could grab me some cash from the ATM. He parked his truck behind the drive up ATM and walked to it, got me my money, and then came over to settle up with me. As we were talking, another customer drives up behind him, waits 10 seconds, then just goes around. She was followed by an Irate bank employee who drove wrecklessly through the parking lot and screeched to a halt right behind him, just to "tell" (not ask) him to move his truck, citing common courtesy (we sorta get it but no need to be a dick). Then he says "I don't know what you guys are doing over there"... hey moron, NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS. This ballon head proceeds to sit in his truck and record both of us (after my friend had already moved next to me so we could finish talking) without our permission. Leave it to this idiot to make a huge deal out of nothing and get a shining one star review. Hope this places closes next week.
