Christopher Budke is by far the best representative I have worked with in all my years of working with lenders. Not only is here always available if I have any questions or need him but his precision and accuracy in explaining anything I don't understand is superb. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for Chris to get back to me whether its via email, text, or call. You can truly feel how much he cares about his clients. I am just not a person to leave a review, but I have to in this case. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After weeks of begging for answers, and all the assurances in the world, the deal fell apart one day before closing. Lies, inefficiencies, and total lack of communication. Stay away! You will be doing nothing but wasting your time and money.
