The office looks nice, but they were slow in doing their job, including taking half a day to get us our money even though the buyer paid in cash and did not get us the closing documents after we sold our home and it's two weeks later. They were giving us a hard time when I requested a physical copy be mailed even though they charge quite a bit for their services. The physical closing documents should be included in that cost. These are very important documents and we deserve the actual papers not just email.

I had an issue with this title company holding funds well after they cleared the bank, when I addressed with the manager of this title company, she “talked over” me, was unwilling to come up with a resolution and didn’t even care that she was losing my business! I would NOT use this place for any title services. Just because the market has been booming in Montana doesn’t make it okay to treat a customer poorly. Use another place for your title needs, the market will not be booming there forever
