  Working with Rob Dahlager was such a great experience for me as a first time home buyer! Very reliable, easy to reach and stay in contact with. Extremely patient and really broke down all the aspects of buying a house that were so confusing for me! When I buy another house I will be definitely going to Integrity First Financial and using Rob Dahlager!

  Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely zero integrity. Brandon was managing a home loan for me and the day I was supposed to close he went absolutely MIA. Couldn’t get ahold of him, still needed stuff from him. Finally I got a call from someone else at “integrity” first and they told me my loan wasn’t approved because they didn’t believe I was going to live in the home…so I was left homeless because they didn’t believe. Went to a new lender they got me approved and I was still able to close but had to bring extra money to closing. Brandon confessed that he did illegal things to try and close my deal when I didn’t need him to. I made plenty of money and have great credit. He lied about not being able to do an FHA as well as my next lender did FHA no problem. Absolutely zero integrity at this place.

  Victor and his amazing team were able to get my mothers refinance done after another company told her it wasn’t possible, and turned her away. Vic, Kim & Frederick went out of their way to make sure my mother was at ease and reassured her they would get it done for her. They have amazing communication skills, and dedication. They were able to get the rate she wanted, and closing done in a timely manner. Everybody that works with Victor Karns and his team are amazing!! Thank you guys for everything you did and continue to do!!!!
