      Just finished refinancing our VA Home Loan with the Reichert Mortgage Team. What a great experience. From start to finish the complete process went without a hitch. Michelle, our agent, was always available to respond to our questions and general inquiries as well as quickly providing us with the appropriate documents to review and sign.       We bought a new build home and Troy and team proved they are the BEST First they beat the builders rate by a full point. Then the work began the home builder would not let the appraiser in and that put us behind the 8 ball, but Troy never gave up we got the appraisal before closing. That didn't help there were 2 problems that had to be sorted out so a closing that was at 10 am went off at 3 pm and Troy was there the whole time working the phone to get this closed. We made it thanks to his team in a new home with the best of rates. Really 5 star plus even if you are buying a new home look into Troy
