  We highly recommend Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation. We have used them twice in the last year for the purchase of different homes. Both times required that we obtain a Conditional Loan Approval letter to ensure our ability to place an immediate bid on a house. Our realtor has worked with Darren Ferlisi for several years and highly recommended him because of his ability to act quickly in gathering client’s financial information and in providing Conditional Loan Approval letters that are respected and considered trustworthy in the realty community. The need for such a letter was especially critical when the opportunity to purchase our dream home suddenly became available a few weeks ago. We had not planned on selling and buying so soon so we had to act quickly in gathering our financial documents and in securing validation of our ability to obtain a mortgage. Mr. Ferlisi’s herculean efforts in providing us a Conditional Loan Approval letter in less than 24 hours allowed us to place the winning bid. We are joyfully living in our dream home. Both times, Mr. Ferlisi provided extensive and helpful guidance on settlement sheet data, mortgage options, pay-off options, loan recasts, etc. Mr. Ferlisi thoroughly addressed every single question and concerns we had throughout the process. We also worked closely with Ms. Lynn Ferlisi and Ms. Erin Davis, both of whom were very proactive and provided immediate guidance on action needed by us. Mr Ferlisi, Ms. Ferlisi, and Ms. Davis provided us with exceptional customer service. Everyone at Integrity was very professional, knowledgable, polite, highly responsive, and patient.
