Reviews aren’t my thing but I had to drop by and leave some positive words because a lot of people don’t give enough credit to good companies or good people, my sister account specialist Dorothy was patient kind and gave her over the top customer service not sure if these reviews are monitored but Mrs Dorothy at Hertiage Corp Was outstanding and that’s exactly what my sister needed at this time she was extremely helpful went over and beyond to ensure things got handled so hey thanks so much for all you do you make such a great impact on this company! This is thee ABSOLUTE worst company I have ever dealt with. Ryan doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. They are RUDE. My engine blew in one vehicle, so they “repossessed” it, even though it wasn’t a “repo,” put me in another vehicle, but I still have to pay for the first one, FULL price. At that, it took me 2 months to even get into another vehicle. I will never refer anybody here EVER again, nor will this place EVER have my business again.
