  This company was a big disappointment! Yanked us around for over 3 months. No one seems to be able to communicate with each other or you. They hired some new people when I was at the end of my rope. Luckily I found a local bank to work with and was able to disengage.

  I am sharing how horrible this place is again! I guess they just deleted my negative review. Mine was the same experience as the other who gave one star only so you can post here! I would advise you to run the other way! They yanked my chain for over 3 months!

  We would never use this person and company again. We believe DeeAnn Harper caused us to incur penalties and extra closing costs and miss two closing dates unnecessarily. DeeAnn Harper did not advise us well about the possibility of us qualifying for a loan before we were kept on the hook with her for 6 weeks. We do not believe she did her due diligence up front to gather as much information as possible and necessary for the loan to be processed in a timely manner, requiring more and more documents over a 6 week period. We have a letter from the Title Company expressing how ridiculous her constant requests for documents were. DeeAnn used our credit card to order appraisals for a lender that we didn't even use! She pressured us to sign a document at 10:30 at night, saying we had to sign by midnight and would not return our calls or emails during the signing to answer our questions. DeeAnn did not disclose her fees until well into the process which were so high, we refused it and she started the process all over again going to a different type of loan and a different lender. DeeAnn is very cordial and helpful until we signed papers and the customer service dropped off dramatically. We have reported her and her company to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Texas Agency that oversees her license. We have tried to contact her prior to us filing, but she didn't want to address any of our issues. All she said was, 'You gave me your credit card." We had to give her one star in order to post. We would like to give her a negative 5 stars.

  We regret the posting of this review. The borrower decided to change the type of loan they wanted after their loan was already approved. They were informed at the time of the switch that the loan would have to be re-disclosed and go back to underwriting for approval on the new loan program, and that this WOULD cause them to miss their original closing date. Upon the second approval, the borrower failed to provide the final documentation to get the loan cleared to close. After several requests for the final documents, we had to eventually withdraw/deny the loan due to lack of communication from the borrower.
