  Got locked out of truck and running home. Walked in because I knew it was likely they would have a water fountain or bathroom with sink so I could get some water and when I asked if they had a restroom the older bank teller asked rudely if I was a customer. Which I am(I have a business account). But the fact that she was going to turn me away from grabbing some water when I am clearly wearing normal close and sweating profusely and should maybe signal that I am not in a great situation and could use some water, that is a low empathetic woman and should be fired. The first younger girl who Was the person I had originally asked and was standing right next to the older woman simply said, “yes, right over there.”

  This bank is the worst bank I have ever seen you can’t get $20000 or even $10000 a day if you guys can’t pay up you guys should close up They want you to order first before you can get your money and it take up to four days before they can get you $20000 a Pizza shop does not take long that way am coming to close my account I have more than $30000 with you guy and when I come to your bank it take about two hours for you guys to get me just $5000 there is no way am not closing my account with you guys
