      I love this credit union. Everyone in the 1960 location provides excellent service with a smile. I have worked with Ms. Tremika, Ms. Kesha, Ms. Lilly who all have been so helpful, educating me about benefits available to me and bend over backwards to make it happen. Thanks to all of you for making banking easier than ever before!

      Wow, I just needed simple account information and was rerouted to the "title" department which was a voicemail, and then proceeded to call an additional 4 times to be given the dial tone. On my last attempt, I spoke to Maria who just told me she doesn't even know what the ELT (Electronic Lien and Title) number is and then told me she has no idea when the "title" department will actually answer the phone. Edit: I found the number online by searching the credit union, ELT, and state for anybody looking. I still can't believe they don't know their assigned government ID. Incompetence is real.
