Kim Benjamin @ Investex Credit Union was simply amazing!!! She kept me informed, answered questions, let me know if a vehicle was over priced, kept our communication lines open from beginning to end!! Only if no star was an option, Worst experience ever. I went to this Branch and as soon as I walk in the first person I seen just stopped and starred at me waiting for me to talk. So I told her I need to apply for a loan and her response was that they were all busy. I was like ok I guess I'll show myself out, not sure if she felt bad but she followed me out and try to give me late customer service. It was very awkward so I told her I'll just go online or to another location. After going online I couldn't find a refinance type loan so I tried calling many times and could never get through. Every location has the same number and no one ever answers. I tried just putting in random letters to get someone's extension and finally someone ended up answering, it just so happened to be the same Branch I went to and I'm 100% sure it was the same lady that gave me bad customer service. She took down my information and gave me some weird excuse about me not being approved and said she would try again the next day and call me back and I never heard from her since.

Gale Campbell helped us get line of credit using our equity on our home. She did an excellent job getting gathering all the information, assist us in filling out the forms correctly and helping us get to the finish line. A fine performance by her. We have been members since 1982 when my wife first started at Aldine ISD and InvesTex has always been our number one resource for loans.
