  Our journey for buying a home was nothing short of easy. Texas Loan Star's team made sure to be as transparent as possible. Aahil was just the absolute BEST! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Halley guided us from day 1 and literally held our hand up until closing day. They were both amazing to work with! Thank you both!

  Decided to stop here… I called before going to be sure they had an open office & they did I drove here to step into a facility with no one to greet or a bell to ring therefore I called again and low and behold the phone rang… so I’m like cool someone will “come” answer since I am standing at the front desk. Nope… I did get an answer and the lady answered the phone pretty casual for it to be a company’s phone I told her I was there for the first time and would like to speak to someone. She asked what was I trying to do? Me being me I asked well did I just call the nail shop or something because how many different lanes of business do you have going at a Mortgage Loan office. I’m just real confused if a person calls a Mortgage Loan Company what do you think they trying to do …. Order a #5 Combo? Like why? Hello speak to someone about buying a home.

  Thank you for stopping by and apologies for any miscommunication. The building is a multi-tenant building. We are one of several businesses that occupy the building. There is a bell at the front desk for you to ring so that one of the tenants in the office building will come up to the front desk to help direct to the appropriate business located in the building. The building rarely has walk-ins but walk ins are certainly welcome! When we receive calls from prospective customers, we inquire how we can help. There are many lanes of business in mortgage lending. We offer purchase, refinance, construction, renovation, cash out refinance, bridge loans, both commercial and residential lending options. We request more information from all new customers to confirm that we can help with their loan request and to try and get them to the right person that can help with their specific lending needs. We view this practice as good customer service. We appreciate the opportunity and would like to assist further. Please call and ask to speak to one of our loan officers. We can help prequalify for a purchase of a home.

  Mortgage Mike has provided excellent customer service. He was my lending officer for my previous house as well as my Re-Fi lender. The current house was a jumbo loan and Mike really made it easy and was very competitive with the rates and most importantly, he locked it in at the lowest rate possible during this tumultuous time. He continually updated my family and my realtors on every step. Things that make Mortgage Mike "My Loan Officer of Choice" are he answered all my questions, could easily be reached even after hours and always closed on time. It is for the previous reasons that I am a repeat customer and if I need a lender again, Texas Loan Star and Mortgage Mike will be the team I will go to!
